We are the first in Slovenia to earn the L.E.A.F. certificate. Our culinary offer is now selected even more carefully with continual development in mind. On Saksida estate we follow the highest environmental standards, traditional values and fresh local products. We realise the importance of a short supply chain, so we collaborate exclusively with the local suppliers and produce some of the ingredients on our estate. We prepare authentic, seasonal meals with distinct local character and we pass on our knowledge, convictions and love of natural resources in Vipava valley to our guests. We follow zero-waste guidelines and use our energy and water responsibly, as we believe that respect for nature is the only way to lead us into our future.

If the primary reason for your visit is to acquaint yourself with our wines, we’ll be happy to welcome you to our tasting room where you can experience and learn of the riches Saksida wines have to offer. In the tasting room with a complimentary gift glass in your hand, you’ll also be able to complete an interesting culinary experience.
