We care about the safety and trust of our guests. We have put in place global standardised protocols regarding health and hygiene to allow guests to travel safely.
We offer free cancellation up to 3 days before the day of arrival in cases of an unforeseen quarantine being imposed by the Slovenian National Institute of Public Health or in the event of a guest or their family member falling ill (a medical certificate must be presented).
The deposit is withheld if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival or in the case of non-arrival.
